Please write the DA and prosecutors asking them not to seek the death penalty in the case of Andrea Yates. Your letter doesn't need to be long at all. It just needs to register your opinion.

It will be easier to help her now than later down the line if she is sentenced to death.

Please remember that Justice for All got 500 letters sent to Gov. Perry asking that he veto the bill banning the execution of the mentally retarded. And if you would, please e-mail a copy of your letters to me. I will keep a number running on the website to let you know how many have been sent in. Perhaps someone can call a press conference so that we can deliver a HUGE bag of letters to the DA.
