I have lived for 37 years dependent upon no one, answering to no one and committed to no one except myself. During this period of my life, I considered the world mine for the taking and truly believed I was living life to the fullest. And then early one morning, a realization caught me by surprise. I found myself in the company of loneliness, as well as incomplete. And all the masquerading and pretending that someone was there for me, other than the reflection in the mirror. I have no one!!! No one at all. No one to cater to the affairs of my soul and matters of my heart.
Now, it has dawned on me, I must start anew. Thus, the first step in my journey to wholeness begins with someone. As I abandon all things that caused me to fall I stand ready to embrace the refreshing presence of someone. I come to surrender my passions, dreams, soul and my tears. I have only the need for the same. I want to explore with someone gentle sweet words of contentment, warmth and encouragement. I want to know the company of someone understanding, compassionate and honest.
And it is my wish, in sharing these qualities, we find a oneness in rhythm and melody.
Please, come go with me. Allow me to pour you a glass of wine in the form of words. Allow me to bring you comfort, as I know you will do the same for me. Until then, we are always in spirit.

MY CASE: I was wrongly convicted of a double murder. The person I allegedly committed these murders with was beaten and tortured, and then instructed by police to implicate me. The co-defendant was living with me at the time these crimes were committed. The police needed two Black males to fit the profile of the case. Besides, it looks better to a jury and the public if the police arrest Blacks if the victims were White.
