To whom it may concern:
How are you doing today? My name is Sheldon Hannibal, and I am incarcerated on Death Row at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford. I'm a young man of 30 years old, and it can be really lonely in this brick 8X101/2 cell that I find myself in 23 hours a day.
I have been wrongly convicted and sentenced to death solely on the basis of a single “Highly Unreliable Witness”.
To give you a little insight of myself, most of my time is spent reading trying to educate myself on the law so I can defend myself and regain my liberty. When I'm not working my mind, I'm exercising trying to keep my body in shape. It's a must that I have balance in life, and most important I'm a God fearing and conscious man.
Time is of great essence especially with a person such as myself being on Death Row and receiving poor representation.
I sincerely hope that you will find time to write to me, and I look forward to hearing from you
Sincerely
Sheldon Hannibal #Cg-5771
